The search steps below will enable you to study a page on this site and - on the same screen - look up the Scriptures cited in that Bible study. (We suggest you print this page to use for reference.) 1. From the Start menu/Programs or desktop, open a new Internet browser and download this Web page: <http://bible.crosswalk.com> 2. (You can move up or down either Web page by using its scroll bar on the right side.) 6. Click to the Bible study of your choice on Bible Study Site. 7. On the other Web page, fill in the blanks of the search engine as noted below. (For detailed information on searching, click on the "HELP" link at the bottom right of the search engine.) Search for: enter verse(s) or word(s) you are looking for in: Whole Bible using: New American Standard Note: We highly recommend the New American Standard Bible translation above all others (see The best Bible translation). We also recommend the King James Version (KJV), as it is the oldest version, for the purpose of double-checking some passages. However, the KJV is not always the easiest to understand. This search engine includes both translations. 8. Click on the "Find" button on the search engine and you will bring up a new Web page with your search results. You can return to the search engine by clicking the "Back" button on this browser.9. When you are done using the Bible search engine, you can return the browser to full-screen size by right clicking on the blank area on the taskbar on either Web page and, on the menu that comes up from the taskbar, left click "Undo Tile."
